I have been busy saving all my stuff to my gfcf file.

My husband can't wait to try the cookies (been years since I made

cookies).

I'm so happy I can do it without guar gum, I was a little discouraged

for a bit.

I love to bake, and my kids enjoy it too. Now they can keep enjoying

it, hopefully.

Some people mix the gelatin with water first, then add it to recipes.

I skip that, and just add 1 dry package per 4 cups of flour. mix with

the dry ingredients first, before mixing all together. Sometimes I

need to increase the liquids a bit, but that depends on the recipe.
