Guest guest
-Thanks you so much for all your work.. I have been busy saving all my stuff to my gfcf file. My husband can't wait to try the cookies (been years since I made cookies). I'm so happy I can do it without guar gum, I was a little discouraged for a bit. \ I love to bake, and my kids enjoy it too. Now they can keep enjoying it, hopefully. um muhammad -- In GFCFKids (AT) e, " B&B " wrote: > I found this in my files. Some people mix the gelatin with water first, then add it to recipes. I skip that, and just add 1 dry package per 4 cups of flour. mix with the dry ingredients first, before mixing all together. Sometimes I need to increase the liquids a bit, but that depends on the recipe. Sorry, you'll have to experiment.>> > > > >
