Reading ingredients is hard, so many hidden things. I would imagine that it

is much harder in another country. Do the products there have company phone

numbers on them? Any time the label reads food starch, you need to know the

source of that starch. And gluten could be hidden in the flavorings also.

Because you live in another country and the regulation for labeling is

different it is hard to answer some of your questions. I wouldn't want to

tell you wrong. Calling the companies my be your best bet.
