Guest guest
I think there is a stigma with depression...some people may think it is a mental thing......but there is nothing wrong with having depression...it is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can be readily fixed with an anti depressant... Both me and my daughter are on lexapro...I am not ashamed of it and readily discuss depression with others when they ask...It is more of a problem when you do not want to accept the fact that you may be depressed...there is nothing wrong with it...it can be treated and successfully. I am living proof...(although secretly I know my boss thinks I am orbiting Neptune most of the time...hehe)...chippy
