Hi, I have neglected to post journals recently. I have switched to doing

food journals at fitday.com and then will figure points manually.

Thanksgiving food wise was good, didn't pig out. I am running consistantly

and lifting weights 3 days/week for activity. I have a half-marathon race a

week from this Saturday and will WI at my Saturday TOPS meeting.
