Hi,

My name is Sandy (from Wisconsin) and I am pretty new to this list.

I am on my second week of Core..........and I LOVE IT!!! No more

counting points! I lost 6.4# the first week, and I ate a lot, and

was never hungry, not once! Thanksgiving was a snap as Turkey is

Core (free) and so were all the veggies I ate, and the one serving of

Skinny mashed potatoes were ALL CORE! I stepped on the scale this

morning, and it is showing another 2 more pound loss since

Tuesday...I couldn't be more thrilled with a weight loss plan. The

deprived feelings and the cravings have all but disappeared. I would

suggest to all to try it...you can always go back to what you're

doing if it doesn't work out. It really is easy to catch onto with

all the info. on the internet. Best of luck to all why try it. What

is everyone else doing? (WWer wise)
