As far as I am aware there is only one typ of Lipo GSH and its sold through

I would advise starting very slowly - we started at 4 drops (drops is easy

with this bottle) and so far have worked up to 10 drops twice daily as of this

morning. 8 drops = 1/8 teaspoon.

General advice is NOT to shake the bottle (gosh I find this very hard not to

do as I do it with everything else LOL) and not to agitate it once you have

added it to a drink. Consume straight away once out of the bottle and please

fill in the feedback form on the site above.
