Thanks. I've got one from Wal*Mart or CVS (I don't remember which) that doesn't have HFCS in it. It's a gel cap and I like those. They are easier for me to swallow. For lemonade I'd rather have fresh squeezed, but lemons are almost $.50 each here and that gets a bit expensive. You know, lemonade with a little cranberry juice might drink pretty good.
