question about yogurt

I was shopping for yogurt the other day and I have a question about why we

have to eat plain yogurt on the Core Plan.

From what I can see, nutritionally, there is little difference between the

fat-free plain yogurt and the fat-free flavored yogurt.

The only major difference was that plain yogurt has double the protein.

But surprisingly, the plain yogurt had more overall carbs and more grams of

sugar than the flavored yogurt!

It also had more sodium.

So - why plain yogurt on the Core program? Why not ANY fat-free yogurt?

Also, what are your favorite brands of yogurt and how do you like to eat it?
