I did 3/4 except when yeast was a real problem [maybe 5 times total

over 84 rounds] and then I did 3/11 for a time or two.

Thanks Dana. On a completely different topic - what can you recommend for

bacteria? My daughter doesn't have a yeast prob just bacterial issues and

GSE doesn't seem to be helping. Is there anything specifically for

bacteria?

I used Culturelle for bacteria.

GSE works only for yeast for my kids. If I gave it when there was no

yeast, it caused bad bacteria.

When chelation was causing yeast for my kids, I would do a round when

they had bacteria problems and that helped.

Hi Jacqui, It is fine to chelate every weekend if you want.

You mentioned one reason someone might wait (nasty side effects)--

since you are not having nasty side effects, you don't have

to consider spreading out the time in order to " rest " .

Some kids and adults want a longer rest time, either for

physical recovery (from chelation and chelation agents),

or for recovery from sleep disruption. Sometimes it is

also just inconvenient or tiring to do chelation for

practical reasons.

If those don't apply, feel free to chelate every weekend.

And, yes, it is faster that way :)

good wishes,

Moria

No adverse reactions, however, I use the 3/11 schedule to give my sons liver

some extra time to recoup. I am not doing lab testing that often to check liver

function so unless I know for sure that all is okay I will continue the 3/11

cycles.
