I'm very happy for you Ellen. It is such a great feeling. I can keep my

weight off as long as I follow the Weight Watchers guidelines most of the

times. They are very flexible, so I can have the stuff I crave now and then,

sacrificing other stuff. Also, I am one of those that can let myself go on a

special day and return to the program the next day. Some people, once they

have a bad day, can't go back to their program and it takes them a while to

do so. During that time they gain back, and we know it is easy to gain in a

few days what you lost in many months.

Good luck loosing the rest of the weight off. It will come off, just give

it time, stick to whatever diet you're doing.
