Sounds like yours is rx'd to take as needed, which, as I understand it, defeates the purpose. Hugs, 1 tablet definitely three times a day but if needed then two tablets three times a day at 10 mg........ of Methadone and the Lortab- are 1 tablet four times as needed for pain to go along with the Methadone..... Basically he took me off the stronger ,,,,90 mg avinza and put me on a strong acting vicodin is what you are saying?
