Guest guest Posted June 4, 2006 Report Share Posted June 4, 2006 Just wanted to share that my first batch of Injera (ethiopian flat bread made from Teff) is fermenting on my kitchen counter! I will let you all know how it goes. I see an ethiopian recipe experimentation phase in my future! =) If anyone has any lovely ethiopian recipes (esp. vegetarian) please share.
