I did not know to attach all of this. I have eviction letters every month since September. The rent people were charging me an extra 90 every month. Total fee is over a whole month rent. If you went past the 10th of the month you got charged legal fees of 75 more dollars. So, in actual fact I was never more than a month behind. Oh, and you are talking about SSI. They kept saying I did not qualify but Bill did. But that since Bill was married to me, I made above their limit. +++++____ Can we claim rare disease discrimination? Two years ago in a public office I was treated so bad and talked about behind my back that I was too intimidated to return. Comments to the effect since they could not see what was wrong with me then obviously I had a mental problem. Like you can see a persons BP. I did not know I had EDS back then and was saying I had my special type of BP.
Guest guest
Wow there are some rude people in this world- and those are the ones that have a daily life without pain- shouldn't that be the other way around if one is going to be so rude and grumpy ? Whenever I send anything in- I make copies...........then I make a folder labeled " What I sent ( whomever here ) on ______________. Then that way they can't say you didnt send or even if need be you can copy again and re-send again............. I just put them in a brown envelope - made sure they knew it belonged to me- wrote a letter and sent on in....... They normally sent me back information saying they had received it and would find out what they could as soon as possible......... and here- in Michigan anyhow------- if you can't locate something- they will locate it for you if they find it necessare information to fill out the request in a mannerly time........ ( this is for emergency reliefe though ). OMG, thats almost as a bank charging you for a bounceed check, u pay the check and then some- well if the check didnt go through- obviously there isn't enough money....... goofy if you ask me- ........ I preferred money orders - etc........ when I could get out- but now resort back to checking and hope that doesnt happen. I am sorry but am totally misunderstanding the part about you making above the SSI limit- were you making over 800 dollars? per month? I mean- Im sure his income was included in the calculations but I have seen many couples where both have SSI or SSD........ so I totally don't understand what they are trying there. I like your idea about rare disease discrimination.............. that was definitely rude and unfair treatment........ No matter what you have, visible or not, rudeness should make them lose their jobs... Have you talked to your social worker about that.......... I e-mail mine often......... she normally answers me right back....... that comes in handy ......... Keeping all of your situations in my prayers ............ Hugs and Love- TJ > However, the letters that are most effective in aiding your social security > disability case are those that have documentation attached: copies of past > due notices, eviction threats, foreclosure proceedings, and the like. ++++______ I like this part.
