Guest guest Posted July 15, 2004 Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Well on my points list it says 1/2 cup of tuna canned is 5 points, but I'm trying to get as exact a figure as possible on a sandwich. The points list also says tuna salad sandwiches are 11 points but that seems very high for the way we're making them. I am using canned tuna with Miracle Whip light salad dressing and 0 point salad mix. I use the Hillbilly whole-grain bread which is 1 point per slice.
