I have to disagree with you, though. I think posts about exercise and having a fit lifestyle VERY MUCH belong on this board. For me, my weight loss success isn't just about the food I put or don't put in my body, it is also about being active. For me personally, living a healthy lifestyle incorporates exercise. It is because of WW and my weight loss that I am able to do things with this body I never thought were possible before. When I've posted about being able to run a race, it is not with the intent to be competitive or off-topic, but rather to share my " celebrations " with my support group, and hopefully (as others have done for me), inspire someone out there to reach for their own weight loss or fitness goals.
