JoAnn, That's probably what's wrong with my knee's right now.....I can barely walk because my knee's hurt really bad. But then again, so hasn't my hips and lower back, so I think it's a flare up of both the Fibro and RSD....

I didn't know that the Fibro causes the muscles, ligaments and tendons to tear off from the bones though....I'll have to start doing some research on it finally.....I've got some printed off before I ran out of ink, just never felt like reading more bad news!

Faith Fibro is an immune disease and attacks muscles, ligaments joints, and often causes arthritis, can be from light, mild to very severe. You start off feeling like have big case of flu. You ache all over, body aches, do think stress makes us hurt more, can cause all sorts of spasms, swelling, and pain that feels like down into bone. Think the aches, perhaps are, at my best guess and only a guess on my part, about 50% of those on here have Fibro with other things going on !

For me the muscles, ligaments, tendons tear and tear from bone, knees, hips where did 5 surgeries trying to get bones smaller and keep me able to walk which can do but walk with awkward looking walk for sure!

My body gets large knots especially in neck, shoulders, shoulder blades where Rhuematologist injects with a cortisone med and something else. He does help me also as reads alot and reads all medical things to help me. Gets group of patients together to test new treatments. None work yet for me, but at least sure worth try.

Have many types arthritis, chronic fatigue and perhaps few other things that eventually seem to go with this disease but not always. I just am one that it happened to. Take good care and never feel cannot ask about these sicknesses. I ask alot also as just do not understand why happens in first place.. Well that is short version of Fibro. Is alot more but think if I could find a great pamphlet at doctors office this Friday will mail it to you, okay? Take good care my friend. Know your body is just acting up and you may never understand the reason why happened to your body. Many hugs and know I will be praying for you. I am sorry you hurt so much.
