If it's not soon you should call and try to get in. Hopefully he can help you out with the pain and the depression. It definitly bites the big one when your feeling as bad as you are. Trust me, I've been there. We are here to listen to your complaints and to back you up and understand. Your not alone now. You have us. And we will try to help you as much as we can.
