B. 1 egg scrambled with handful of mushrooms, small slice of bulgarian

cheese, small breaded (soy flour) chicken breast

L. small tin of tuna, mayo, 1 cup of green beans in butter and garlic

S. one meat patty, one small breaded (soy flour) chicken breast, 2 t

tahini

S. another meat patty

D. cup of mixed veggies - cauliflower, broccoli, green beans in butter

and garlic <no vampires here tonight>, large breaded (soy flour) chicken

breast

I forced myself to eat protein with my veggies today because someone

said veggies (carbs) alone aren't good. My food is repetetive because I

got it from my mom so it's already made (except for sauteeing the

veggies in butter and garlic)

26 carbs including 9 fiber. 1992 cals, 500 of which are from butter...

so does it even matter that I'm not having cream ?

and NO FLAX :(. Can someone remind me how to make the flax cereal

without cream ?

I'm contemplating what to do about flax in Turkey. Hmm.
