bad day

ok everyone yesterday was a terrible day for me... i need a tad bit

of advice on this... yesterday i got up and had a small boiled egg

for breakfast then i had two baked hot wings then i had a small baked

potatoe ate only half then i had 2 tablespoons of peanut butter... i

did terrible i know but there wasnt anything in the house i could eat

i even omg (ducks fast) ran out of protein bad bad well i ended up

getting sick feeling weak, tired, trying to throw up but nothing

there of course... is this due to the fact that i didnt get in enough

protein and calories...?? i made my hubby take me to town got me all

kinds of stuff that contain protein in it lol and protein too i feel

alot better today... i didnt mention the evening part of the deal i

did have a small hamburger no bread of course and a protein bar...
