Feeling comfortable in shorts!! - this is especially important in TX in 100 degree weather! Being able to jog more than 2 seconds!!!!!!!!! Being able to tie my sneakers without holding my breathe! Being able to get into my panty hose without trying to push everything into them! Not being afraid that someone is checking out what " junk " I have in my grocery cart!
