Hi everyone!

I have also been lurking for the past month or so. I have been

slacking off for the past two weeks and need a kick in pants to get

back OP! HELP!!

Here's my story:

I am 28, and am happily married with one son. I have never been

super thin - but felt pretty comfortable with myself until I had my

first child last October. I went crazy with food while I was

pregnant. I lost a lot of the weight after my son was born, but

never changed my eating habits - so it crept back on!

In October, as my son turned 1 - I realized the " baby weight " excuse

was gone! I want to set a healthy example for my son - So - I

started WW for the first time. I joined online - started journaling

and couldn't beleive how easy it was to lose! My family & friends

are very supportive.

Since October 25 - I have lost 19 pounds. I was vigilant about

being OP for the first 4 weeks. But, ever since Thanksgiving I have

been going off-plan more and more and not journaling as well. I

want to get back on plan before I gain back what I've lost!!!

My biggest problem is sweets! I have been able to keep it in check -

but with all the holiday goodies at work and the parties - I am

getting worse as time goes on! Your stories have all been

inspirational and I start each week saying . . " Okay, this week I am

back OP 100% " but by Friday - I am indulging and not journaling. I

get my exercise by walking every day and have been sticking to

that.

Any tips, suggestions, encouragement etc would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Tara G.
