The surgery was preformed by Dr. Harold Boyd, in Salem, Oregon. I talked to Tug before the operation and somehow misplaced his phone number. Tug, if you are reading these email could you email me your phone number. Dr. Boyd talked to my insurance company and they are covering by bilateral resurfacing operation. Because of my age they are doing the operations a month apart. Im 59. Wish all of you good luck with your hips and operations. Sometimes you must just step forward and take the change.
