Tee hee - you didn't go to St Marthas in Barnet did you? (I did) I moved from a comp Girls School (Hatfield Girls) when my parents were told in the 3rd year that i wouldn't even get a CSE in English - despite having been fine and top of the class for the previous years. I went to St Marthas for 4 and 5th year and passed 8 o levels (and took Eng Lang a year early and passed!) i also revised the night before for most of my O levels and still passed with A, B or C.
