It's at the end of the program and they're not GF but I'm sure you'd just have to replace the flour with GF flour mix. The show was " Good Eats " the episode was " Choux Shine " #EA1F09 and it will replay on 6-20 at 7pm EST. You can also see the recipe at www.foodtv.com and search for the episode number. Good Eating!
