Guest guest
Hi my name is Laxity and I am an insomniac. It has been four nights since I have successfully slept through the night... ------------ I am going to tell you a couple of points you might try. I make no guarantees because I have not seen them specifically listed for insomnia. I can tell you, however, that on those nights that I do them for my wife, she sleeps straight through. On the nights that I don't, she generally wakes up two or three times. They can't hurt and they might work for you. I actually started to use them for her to try to balance her thyroid. After I had been doing it off and on for a couple of months, she made the comment about sleeping through when I did and waking up when I didn't. I try now to do it every night for her as a matter of routine. At any rate, take both hands just lateral to C7 (both sides) at the base of the neck. Push forward and down - toward the front to apply pressure and then angle it down toward the feet. Use medium to firm pressure and hold it anywhere from half a minute to a couple of minutes. Like I said, it can't hurt and it might help.
