Guest guest Posted January 3, 2001 Report Share Posted January 3, 2001 Dr. Reichelt tells us that goat milk and sheep milk should be avoided because the protein component (goat casein and sheep casein) - despite the slight differences - are too similar to cow's milk. Has anybody been brave / reckless / curious enough to test this in practice ?
