Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I hope someone will let this family know if you know the cause of a VORACIOUS -- I mean HUGE -- appetite. He eats more than I have seen a kid eat and he often goes after foods that are just sitting on a counter. The foods are all good ones, none of the bad ones, because the family is careful. I have a child on the ASD spectrum who rarely eats on her own. We have to work to get enough in her to prevent hypoglycemia. I thought most of our kids were like this. This boy with the big appetite is just the opposite. I have never seen a child of any type love food this much. He is not at all fat, but not too thin either. ANY IDEAS?? in Salt Lake City
Guest guest
My son will eat and eat, I actually have to cut him off cause he will vomit from eating too much, He is thin 106 lbs. and 17 years old..Hes about 5 feet tall, Hes also on a pureed diet, so I thought this is why he eats so much, A friend of mine her daughter didnt grow very tall too, and she is also thin. Guest guest
The toxins interfere with/impair the body's ability to properly use the nutrients we take in so the body keeps telling us to keep eating in an effort to meet those needs. I posted my son's experience a few days ago. Here it is again if it was missed before. ~~~~~ > Our almost 6 y.o. son has (and has had ever since we can remember) a > voracious appetite. Like other ASD kids he looks healthy on the > outside. My son was like this. He would eat like that when he was eating a food or supplement he did not tolerate, or if he had a yeast problem.
