Guest guest Posted February 21, 2006 Report Share Posted February 21, 2006 Sunny, I also have one and love it too. I started out doing a 1/4 mile in the morning and another 1/4 in the afternoon. Now I do 1/2 mile in morn and in afternoon. Try it that way and see if it helps. nne Re: exercise I got one of those Gazelle things that they advertise all the time on TV today. The good thing is I was able to use it without the arthritis in my hips flaring up which has kept me off of treadmills and bicycles. The bad thing is I am really embarrassed that I am so out of shape I had to stop after only 5 minutes. I know it takes time to build up endurance so I'm not giving up, but taking it slow instead.
