Guest guest
Bette, I have been out of touch quite a bit here too, checking in now and then when I can. I did not see the post where you hit the 100 pounds off mark... Big, Big Congrats to you...what an accomplishment!! Thanks for the little tips in your message here, I love these little reminders.. I never quite get in enough protein most days and I do know that it hampers me, because I am hungrier on those days..I am not a big meat eater, so I need to get it in other ways and they have become too stale too...I have to keep looking for new ones. I am even thinking of getting a good protein powder to help me out with it. Glad you had a great vacation...I am going to be doing some next week.. and I hope to have a longer one coming up in September or in November to British Columbia...keep on cruising..... ~~Kallie~ -------------------------------------------------------------------- In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Bette Holzer " > I've been on program since June 1 of 2003, about 14 months now. Guest guest
Hello Kallie! It's so good to see you posting again -- I missed you. Thank you for your congratulations! I hope you have a wonderful vacation. We have another mini-vacation planned in late October. Since I homeschool my two youngest kids, we look forward to traveling when *other* kids are in school! I was thrilled to find that, following this vacation, I weighed exactly the same as the day we left! And I allowed myself some " controlled indulgence " along the way, at some unique eating places. I love Weight Watchers! Hugs ~ Bette

Guest guest
The best protein powder I've had is the Curves chocolate protein shake powder. No kidding. =) Everything else I've tried has tasted like paste w/ some flavoring. I also LOVE the Myoplex Lite Chocolate Chocolate Chip Crisp bars. These things taste great! =) They are all crunch, like a chocolate Rice Krispy treat and they don't have any of that protein bar taste. I honestly swear by these things as the best tasting bar out there. 166/149.6/130 (ATH- 175) Bette.......Re: 100 lbs Bette, I have been out of touch quite a bit here too, checking in now and then when I can.
