It's a PDF so you can print it and take it to your Dr. I hope to be able to try the adjustable bar soon so I can finally know what all the hoopla is about not being able to take the shoes off that adjustable bar. I'm still wondering if our wacky hardware store here that's got the weirdest stuff might have something to use to make that easier... or if my dad can't rig something up (he's a wiz at that stuff). We've only used the gold fixed length bars with the large nuts - and I like those for babies who are going into the DBB for the first time because I really do feel that at first it's a better choice to take the shoes off the bar so you can assure a good fit and no sores or blisters.
