Oh...THOSE cookies. I know just which ones you mean.

My kids LOVE those and beg me to get them all the time. I just can't

stay away from them though, so I can't bring a package home or they'll

disappear.

I've never seen the food network. Another good reason for me to NOT have

cable TV!!!

Re: So how was your 4th?

I had a major problem with cookies. Those really short soft cookies

with

icing. One of the larger ones is 4 points. I tried to have half of one.

Bad

mistake. I ended up eating another half. Then before we left I had

another

small one (1 point). I realize I didn't spend that many points on these

but

it was a head trip and the knowledge that if those were in MY house, I'd

feel like overindulging. They kept singing to me all evening. ARGH.

Makes

me really realize that having a points friendly environment is a big

part of

having a winning outcome. (The only way I kept in control was having my

journal with me and figuring points BEFORE I ate them - seeing the

figure

before your eyes sobers you greatly).

The place where we were at, they were watching the food network. You

know

how the TdF makes you want to take a bike ride? Well, the food network

makes you want to eat. They were showing how brownies were made. Yum.

I

had to turn away from the TV. That's when we decided to go out biking

with

the kids. The food network should be banned. *LOL*

Otherwise was a great time. Just my " problem " with the cookies reminded

me

that I will be fighting food issues for the rest of my life even though

I am

on the greatest program. **sigh**
