Guest guest
I am doing some sub contracting and it took all day just to set up the template in MedPen for one of the six docs. It is taking hours to get through the 2nd paragraph of the first report. And the parts I am leaving blank are just swallowed words that no matter how slow or fast I set the speed of the tape I just can't hear it. I got some sample letters with the work but of course nothing with wrist exam. Anyway, can you give this a stab.... There is no swelling. Mild volar ecchymosis. No snuff box tenderness. No distal radius tenderness. No limit to pronation or supranation, flexion, extension, radar ulnar deviation. He is S/L (honestly S/L) dumbster spectectorating medial and ulnar nerve with a hamsole profuse. I know this is not correct and searched nerve, muscle, bone artery charts in Stedmans Orthopedic but am drawing blanks. I even went to bed for 2 hours thinking all I needed was a fresh start. Thanks for any help you can give me on this. Aliceanne
