Thank you Eunice, the little one(s) will be here around Sept 4th.

There is a high chance of twins. We won't know until her first

ultrasound next week. I've kept a running record of all BG level

readings for the last 3 months. My exercise routine is standard. Run

2 miles every other day along with pushups and situps(army

standards). My diet is pretty free spirited; I've just cut out

sweets, juices, most breads and I eat at least 1 bowl of whole grain

cereal a day along with a piece of fruit(I really miss bananas).

Every once in a while I treat myself to some frosted cherios. I've

increased my water consumption to 2 quarts a day. I even splurge with

a glass of orange juice one or twice a week.

I'm so paranoid about my health until I just stay away from foods

that even give a hint of being bad for me. Oh, and I no longer eat

fast food. Can anyone tell me if it's ok to eat french fries every

once in a while? I love them, but I'm afraid to eat them because of

the starch.

Thanks again Eunice for you input. I'll keep you poste don the little

one.

Take care,

Phil
