well thanks for asking bout me , I finally feel a little better but

that was the longest bout I've had , someone told me it was a virus that

is going around~BTW may I echo others in saying how grand you are

looking, what are you finding you can do now that you've lost over 100

lbs? I remember being able to polish my toes without feeling like my

eyeballs were bulging out

Thank you Alice! One of the most wonderful things that I can do that I

couldn't do 136 pounds ago is play, I mean really play, with Coco (my dog).

She is a border collie, and very active. I can finally exercise with her -

running around, and long walks, etc. She loves it, so do I, and we are

developing an even closer bond. I hope I don't sound silly, but she truly is

my best friend!

I'm glad you are feeling better too! I can't recall what part of the country

you are in, but here in Florida, there has been something really bad going

around. Everyone I know has had it and it has put them out for days on end.

I am just crossing my fingers that I don't get sick too!

How's the new computer going? Did you figure it out yet?
