Breakfast

coffee w/cream and Splenda

1 egg w/cheese

2 slices bacon

40 oz. water

Lunch

3 chicken thighs

40 oz. water

Dinner

pork roast

salad w/ranch dressing

40 oz. water

Very busy day, showing property, writing an offer, submitting, signing the sounter, paying bills, watching Jills boys, etc... So I'm not sure what I burned off but will weigh soon.

Thanks... AND guess what else??? DOWN ANOTHER POUND TODAY! That's 4.5 pounds in 4 days! Wooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooo 199 this morning
