Guest guest
Hi there, I see there are a few of you, so welcome!!! This is a wonderful place to talk to other parents who also have children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Some have very young children while others have kids who are adults. It's great because we all have something to share and there is almost always someone here who can give you an answer to your questions. I'm Debbie, mom to two very active kids, and . is 6 and has a moderate sensorinueral hearing loss in both ears. We didn't discover 's loss until she was 2 1/2. She is currently mainstreamed in first grade at our local school. is taking ballet classes as well as being in Brownies (Girl Scouts). We are looking into some art classes for her as she just LOVES to draw and create thing. is very outgoing and just loves to be with other people. She will also talk your ear off if you let her ;o) I'm sure you'll find everyone one here as helpful as I have. Debbie, mom to , 6, moderate SNHL and , 3, hearing, stubborn, and moody! Some men see things as they are and ask why. Others dream things that never were and ask why not. G.B Shaw --------------------------------- Yahoo! Autos. Looking for a sweet ride?
