Hi ,

Yes, you can. But, check the label. It should be calcium carbonate with no red

dye #3 (which it probably won't have anyway).

LID and Calcium

Hi,

Thanks to everyone who has responded to me as a new member and now for

my next question.

I have ostio and am supposed to take 1500 mg of calcium a day, even on LID

I can still do this, right?
