Guest guest Posted April 29, 2004 Report Share Posted April 29, 2004 saw a Rheum. for the first time just last week and I sure wasn't impressed either. He did absolutely nothing. He asked what bothered me the most, right now... I said my shoulders and sternum... He looked at the referral from my GP and read that I'm having a lot of probs with my neck. I told him that I'm seeing a Spinal surgeon about that next month. He basically marked down all of the braces that I already wear. Told me that he would prescribe Naproxin 500mg. which I'm already taking for my Gynie probs that haven't been dealt with yet. Then he sent me for more x-rays of my neck and said from there I could leave. He doesn't want to see me again. He didn't check out any of my joints... As usual, I just got sent away.
