Guest guest
I sit in a chaise lounge at night while I watch TV and in order to get out of it I have to raise my hips up and scoot down a bit. This movement of pushing the hips forward produces a deep thunk in the upper pelvic area. I believe this is the SI joint as that is the movement that it controls. It can also happen when I shift position in the chair. I also have a thunk occur further up my spine, below where the shoulder blades are, kinda upper middle back. Hugs, B.
