Ruth,

Your Sun exhaustion sounds " normal " to me. I have the same reactions

to sun. Studies show that the UV rays are what cause us to have

problems with Lupus and the sun. Those even come through the

clouds. Even if it's cloudy or shady, you still need the sunblock,

hat, umbrella, etc. Saturday it was cool and heavily cloudy here,

but I still wore long sleeves, the big had, and sun glasses to work

in the yard. Be careful with sun exposure.

After church and Sunday School we went to my brothers church where

they were having a BBQ. He had invited us so we thought why not.

been 70. I was out in the actual sunshine for maybe 20 minutes. I

was sitting in the sun cause the shade with the breeze was so cold to

me I was shivering.

I am intensely itchy. However that could be a medication reaction.

Today is day 5 or 6 on some new pain meds so the itching could be

that especially since it did not start until about an hour after

taking the meds tonight.

sun. I never paid a lot of attention to things of this nature before

other than I looked like a lobster after being in the sun a few

minutes.
