Asha, Thanks for your input. The problem I have with "natural methods" is that it is so expensive. Insurance helps pay for meds but not that. The other problem I have with it is that the FDA does not regulate herb products. The main ingredient may be the thing you need but they can say it is in the bottle and only have one drop in a bunch of water.

I have had an excellent chiropractor years ago who was wonderful with acupressure! I was extremely ill with a huge sinus infection. I had seen 3 Dr's. I had been on antibiotics for too long. He took me off of antibiotics and put me on some vitimens and herbs. He used acupressure a few times a week. It hurt like H_E double toothpicks but hurt less each time I went. He cured me. I had another problem years later. A Dr. said I had carple tunnel in my right hand. I let him treat me with hot packs, a wrist brace and antiflamatories. I went to my Chiro too and he said I had pulled my back out & that was affecting my arm and hand. He said I did not have carple tunnel. He fixed me right up. I went back to the Dr. and said what happened. He finally admitted he was wrong and said he was glad I was better. I moved away & haven't found someone like him yet.
