I fell up the stairs..and having kids..

So funny to read that. Several of us have fallen up the stairs, most notably

up the long cement steps into church.

I went to a specialist before getting married, specifically to ask about

having kids. He told me to marry, have a family, and enjoy life. I couldn't

pass this on. WRONG! Most of the 6 natural kids are affected, and we're

pretty sure about Rosie(my granddaughter) too.

I'm so glad that more help is available to folks now, as my doc thought

seeng a geneticist was a waste of time. I probably would have had kids

anyway, as this is uncomfortable(and disabling), but not the end of the

world. Life is still very good, most of the time, lol. I do wish I'd known

what pregnancy would do to me though, as I seem to have made a mess of

myself, with Dale's help )
