Guest guest
Lin, I worked at 's restaurant for 3 years when I was a teenager and I made many batches of chili. This recipe is not the one used by 's restaurant, though it sounds just as good. Oh and I still eat 's chili today. I love that stuff! I had looked up its nutritional value on 's website and it is a pretty healthy fast food alternative compared to other selections. 1 small chili contains 17 grams of protein, only 6 grams of fat, and 220 calories. I can have a small chili for two meals. I usually have them add chopped up onions and some cheese. 's Chili recipe I kept seeing posts about chile. I looked and i had this recipe in my archives.
