Just a thought; please read

A little while ago, before my computer became very unstable, & I installed a new

OS, I remember someone writing, most politely, to this list, as having problems.

This was because some on ceda were replying to a message, but were also

including the message they were replying to. This makes the e-mail bigger. I

believe this person was experiencing difficulties as her mailbox was becoming

full, due to the size of e-mails.

Whilst this hasn't caused me a problem, I am noticing more, & more e-mails that

include the original message;some that contain the last 3-4 responses. I'm

concerned that some may still be experiencing problems accessing their ceda

e-mail due to this.

It is always appropriate to highlight the bit of any message you wish to respond

to (Click " Edit, " then " Paste " it into your reply), as many on the list already

do.

Perhaps you can help all members successfully access their ceda mail by doing

the following: In Outlook Express, Click on " Tools. " Next click on " Options. "

Click on the " Send " tab, deselect " Include message in reply, " then hit " Apply " &

" OK. " Thank you.

If you haven't got Outlook Express, I don't know what the condiment you do; but

am sure someone here knows!

I hope no-one minds me writing about this. This list is so good, I wouldn't like

to think that anyone had problems accessing it. Thought perhaps some didn't know

how to send a reply, without including original message....I didn't at first.

Think computers are generally set up to include this.
