We are working on going gluten free but my son is not crazy about maple syrup for his pancakes. He wants syrup. He will eat the maple syrup if I mix it with corn syrup. Is the problem that there is gluten in corn syrup or is the problem for corn free people only? Or is it just the sugar content. Since all my son eats is gluten, this is a slow tedious process.
