Guest guest
Dear fibro friends, I've been with this list for over 3 years now, I think - anyway, after a L O N G wait, my Disability appearance before a judge is Jan 15th. I know about the wonderful website immunesupport.com, which offers much advice re: obtaining Disability. I would appreciate one sentence of advice from each of you if you think you know of something that might help me. I don't plan on being an " actress " and acting like someone who is hardly alive, if you know what I mean... It's just so hard - they have told me I could be a secretary and/or a sales clerk. At $6 an hr., I would have to work 20 hours a week to make the $500 which SS feels is " substantial " (enough...???!) At $7, I would need to work 18 hours a week. They could even tell me, " ... well, @ 2 1/2 hrs per day you could do it.~ " I have listed the following reasons: FMS MPS RLS CFIDS and depression. Depression is the tricky one, as I don't " act " depressed. I just don't ever leave the house LOL! I take morphine for pain, but they'll just say I'm " managing " my pain, so get on with it! Thanks if you can help , Colette
