Guest guest
Rita, Good advice! I do and do and do one day when I feel good and then the next day I pay for it so I try to stay somewhere in the middle and do a little each day and try not to overdo but try to keep moving! I feel like I am progressing too and it is VERY frustrating. How long have you had this Kirk? I am 41 and have had it for around 13 or so years. Do you have a spouse or someone that helps you? Keep talking and hope it helps some! Sue Me > > Take it slow, listen to your body and don't force it to do what it's incapable of physically doing. There are days when I get up, eat, shower and do absolutely nothing, because my body won't move, and the next day I have so much energy you can't hold me down. > > Sorry about the rambling, but you sound so desperate, sure hope I have helped a little. > > Good Luck! > Rita >

Guest guest
Hi Kirk, Hang in there. I went thru some emotinal things about five weeks ago. For me, i hade to get things off my chest from years back. If you are a veteran, the V A will get you a chair or a scooter. The group is here for you to vent anything you need to. When i fall, depending on how serius it is, i try and laugh and make a joke of it. So hang in there, life is worth all the pain.
