Guest guest Posted October 11, 2001 Report Share Posted October 11, 2001 I've done the zucchini slices instead of pasta, was really good, just took time to make them. Peel the zucchini, then using a peeler, run it down the length of the squash and keep rotating it. You get thin slices(strips) and all you have to do is boil them up and add any pasta sauce you may like. I actually liked it better than sliced and cooked cabbage for the sauce.
