I agree, that can be frustrating. Maybe you should add some new foods to your

diet? Are you routinely eating the same types of things? That could have some

an effect on whether or not your body will lose more weight. If you've been

doing the same exercise routine for a long time, that could be another culprit!

Sunday was still 234. I haven't lost or gained, which is good but

very frustrating. This is the longest I have ever gone not loosing

or gaining! What now? PS ~ I'm drinking all my water, eating all my

veggies and fruits and fiber!
